Introducing the BROWIN Wine Yeast Nutrient with Vitamin B1, a vital ingredient for home winemakers. This nutrient supports the growth of yeast, ensuring a successful fermentation process without affecting the wine's flavor or aroma.
The nutrients for winemaking yeast are indispensable during the home production of fruit, grape, and grain wines. Winemaking yeast requires a source of sugar, along with nitrogen and phosphorus compounds—which are often scarce in fruits from our climate—as well as vitamins primarily from the B group. Using the Nutrient with Vitamin B1 promotes proper yeast multiplication, a quick start to fermentation, and complete sugar fermentation present in the fruit as well as any added during the wine production process. Vitamin B1 enhances yeast growth and significantly speeds up the fermentation process. The compounds contained in the nutrient are thoroughly consumed by the yeast during both the multiplication and fermentation stages, ensuring they do not influence the flavor or aroma of the wine. The 10 g package is sufficient for up to 25 L of batch! It is recommended to use the nutrients in proportions of 1 g per 1.5-2.5 L of batch. These nutrients are very easy to use, but should not be added directly to the yeast inoculation.
How to use:
Utilize the following proportions: 1 g of nutrient per 1.5-2.5 L of must. The contents of the sachet are enough for 15-25 liters of wine batch. It is essential to dose the recommended amount of nutrients in three equal portions: first, prior to inoculation with yeast; second, after 2-3 days of fermentation; and third, around 10 days when the °Blg value of the must drops to 8-12. Dissolve each portion of nutrients in approximately 100 mL of must, pour it into the fermentation container, and stir well.
Do not add nutrients directly to the yeast inoculation.
Ingredients: diammonium hydrogen phosphate (V) (DAP), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
