Thermopoint® technology features a special dot on the ergonomic plastic handle which changes color depending on the temperature. The pan starts to heat up, and the thermopoint changes color from green to red. When it turns red, the pan is ready to use, allowing you to reduce the flame for cooking without overheating the pan, thus ensuring that the pan coating lasts longer as there is no heat shock to damage it.
