The KERAVIS non-stick coating features three layers reinforced with special ceramic particles, making the pan particularly heat-resistant and ideal for intensive use.
Thermopoint® technology includes a special dot on the ergonomic plastic handle that changes color based on temperature. As the pan heats up, the thermopoint transitions from green to red. When red, the pan is ready for use, allowing you to lower the flame and cook without overheating, which prolongs the life of the non-stick coating by preventing thermal shock that can damage it.
This pan is suitable for all types of cooktops and is safe for dishwasher cleaning.
