The YATO Twist Drill Bit HSS-TIN 4.8 mm (model code YT-44645) is designed for drilling in tough materials such as stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and cold rolled steel. This high-speed steel drill bit features a titanium nitride coating which allows for efficient heat dissipation, ensuring it remains effective even when drilling into harder steel varieties.
This drill bit has a 135° point angle, which enables drilling without the need for a pilot hole. It complies with the DIN 338 standard and is suitable for professional industrial applications. Designed with a cylindrical shank, it fits standard self-centring chucks and key-type holders. Its high-pressure resistance also permits usage with column and magnetic drills.
