Application

This mixer is ideal for mixing gypsum mortars (plasters, smoothing compounds), cement masonry mortars, self-leveling screeds, and tile adhesives.

  • The low speed in 1st gear is ideal for air-bound materials (drying by contact with air), extending the open work time on walls. This allows you to apply a distributed but un-aerated mortar and take longer than with a standard mixer to smooth out unevenness gradually with a trowel.

• The mixer can handle up to 140 liters of mortar in one cycle, thanks to its high torque, powerful motor, and a large mixer diameter of 160 mm. This feature is crucial when working with modern high-speed anhydrite or cement screeding compounds, enabling you to pour materials for a bathroom floor, for example, in one cycle, minimizing the risk of primer separating from the screed.

Speed Regulation

The spindle speed is adjustable via a regulator. The regulator dial displays numbers, with higher numbers corresponding to increased spindle speed. Speed adjustment is smooth and precise.
