The YATO Soldering Station Tip 900M 70W YT-82459 is a versatile tool designed for precision soldering. Featuring a digital LED display and temperature control, this station is ideal for making reliable soldering connections.
The YT-82459 soldering station is made with ESD-safe materials, preventing the accumulation of excess electrostatic charge on the housing, reducing the risk of damage to sensitive SMD components. It heats up to an operating temperature of 350°C in approximately 25 seconds.
The Temperature Stabilization function helps maintain the set temperature of the soldering tip under varying heat demand conditions, ensuring effective soldering joints. Depending on the size of the soldering element and the soldering area, the device adjusts power consumption based on real-time temperature data from a sensor in the heater. For optimal results, use a soldering tip with an internal diameter close to the heater's diameter, ideally between 4.0 to 4.5 mm.
The hibernation function allows the station to enter standby mode, automatically reducing the operating temperature to 200°C, thus prolonging the lifespan of the soldering tip. Users can set the idle time from 1 to 99 minutes before the station enters this mode.
The automatic shutdown function turns off the station after a user-defined idle time, adjustable between 1 to 99 minutes.
