The YATO Diamond Drill Rig (model YT-81983) is designed to efficiently drill holes in reinforced concrete, utilizing special drill bits equipped with a diamond blade.
It is also ideal for drilling through ceramic materials, such as concrete, asphalt, brick, or stone.
With its water cooling capability, this drill ensures both efficient and safe operation.
The drill can be utilized both as a handheld tool or in a stationary position, as it comes with a dedicated stand.

The YT-81983 industrial diamond drill rig is perfect for drilling in reinforced concrete, concrete, and natural stone. This tool is essential in the plumbing industry for drilling sewer pipe holes, passing through building ceilings, and during the installation of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC industry), as well as for heat pumps and storm sewers.
In these applications, serial drilling with diameters often exceeding 200 mm or of significant lengths (from 1m to approximately 4m for tasks such as restoring monuments or rainwater drainage) is necessary.

The device features a planetary gearbox, where the quality of the steel used for the gears (hardness 53-56 HRC) contributes to its durability while delivering high torque, allowing it to drill a wide range of diameters even in tough materials.
Residual Current Circuit Breaker
The drill is equipped with an automatic earth leakage circuit breaker connected to the power cord near the plug. Its operation should be tested before each use.
Cooling Water Connection
Whenever possible, drilling with water cooling is recommended to extend the life of the drill bits and the drill rig while minimizing dust generation.
The water supply can be easily controlled with a lever.
Overload Clutch
The drill rig features a clutch that engages if the machine senses excessive resistance while drilling. This initially results in pulsing during operation and may eventually stop the drill while the motor continues running.
The clutch can function as an overload protection mechanism.
