The Makita TW010GZ Impact Wrench is a powerful 40Vmax cordless tool designed for heavy-duty applications, offering a maximum torque of 3,150 Nm.
This impact wrench features a brushless motor that combines exceptional torque delivery with maneuverability, making it ideal for tough fastening tasks involving steel beams. The 25.4 mm (1") square drive is specifically designed for secure bolt fastening.
The vertically positioned motor reduces the overall length of the tool, minimizing reaction forces during use. It includes an electronic 4-stage impact power selector switch for versatile operations. The ergonomic design ensures comfortable handling, and the side handle can be installed without additional tools, enhancing its usability for various tasks.
The D-shaped handle can be adjusted 360° without any tools, allowing for better positioning during work. A large trigger switch is integrated for ease of use and can be set to variable or maximum speed mode depending on the application requirements. The maximum speed mode provides high speed with less trigger pull, which reduces operator fatigue during extended use.
The variable speed mode allows for precise speed control. The auto-stop function halts operation when a screw or nut is sufficiently loosened, and this feature is available in three automatic stop reaction time modes for both forward and reverse. An LED ring light around the drive shaft illuminates the work area without casting shadows from the cartridge, ensuring better visibility.
Additionally, rubber fittings on the battery housing create a vibration-absorbing structure that reduces the risk of battery damage from vibrations. The LED light includes pre-lighting and after-lighting functions, enhancing visibility during use. A hook on the top of the tool allows it to be easily suspended on pipes or other surfaces, facilitating job efficiency.
