The BROWIN Wood Chips (100% Alder) Class 2 - 450g X5 are a set of five packages of wood chips made from alder wood, intended for use in the smoking and grilling process of pork, beef, poultry, fish, lamb, and game. These wood chips will impart the desired aroma and flavor to your dishes, as well as an attractive brown-cherry color.
Class 2 chips (fine fraction) - due to their degree of fragmentation, they can be successfully used in smoke generators with automatic auger feeders.
The amount of wood chips in each package (450 g) is sufficient for several hours of smoking (depending on the equipment used) – ensuring you won’t run out while preparing your favorite dishes.
Natural, high-quality alder chips are ideal for smoking and grilling all types of meats and fish. With their proper dosing and burning, the food preparation process will be handled professionally, resulting in dishes with the right aroma, flavor, and appearance. Usage instructions:
Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter layer of wood chips around the glowing charcoal – do not place them directly on the fire, as they will burn immediately. To make the wood chips more economical, you can lightly moisten them with water, which will help create more smoke. Cover the grill immediately after placing the food on the grate. Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being prepared).
Smoking: Place the chips in the smoke generator or in the designated spot of the smoker, or around the glowing wood in the fire pit, depending on the type of smoker you have.
The chips are perfect for use in a smoke generator. Using such a smoke generator ensures the most professional results – products with excellent taste, aroma, and color.
Note: Only adults should operate the smoker and grill, adhering to fire safety rules and familiarizing themselves with the operating instructions of the device and recommendations for using the wood chips. Take care while igniting and adding chips during grilling or smoking to avoid possible burns. Ensure that children and pets have no access to heated devices.
Store the wood chips in a dry, cool place.
