How to use:

Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the fire as they will burn immediately. To use the chips more economically, you can lightly dampen them with water, which will facilitate the production of more smoke. Cover the grill immediately after placing the food on the grate. Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being prepared).

Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the chips in the smoke generator or in the smoker itself - in the designated area, or alternatively in the firebox - around the glowing wood.

Chips are perfect for use in a smoke generator. Using such a smoke generator ensures the most professional results - products with excellent taste, aroma, and color.

Note: Only adults should handle the smoker and grill, adhering to fire safety rules and familiarizing themselves with the operation manual of the device and recommendations for using the chips. Be cautious when igniting the chips and adding them during the operation of the grill, smoker, or smoke generator to avoid potential burns. Ensure that children and pets do not have access to hot devices.
