How to use:
Grilling: Spread a 2 cm thick layer of wood chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the charcoal to avoid immediate burning. For more smoke, you can moisten the chips slightly with water before use. After placing the food on the grill, cover it immediately. Grilling time ranges from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the type and size of the meat.
Smoking: Depending on your smoker type, place the wood chips in the smoke generator or in the designated area of the smoker, or around the glowing wood.
