The BROWIN 34 L demijohn with wide neck in a plastic basket is designed for fermentation and storage, ensuring a safe and practical solution for your winemaking needs.
How to use: Glass should not be subjected to sudden temperature shocks, as excessive temperature differences might lead to damage. Before use, it is recommended to store the demijohn at room temperature for at least one hour. Avoid pouring water with a temperature above 50°C over the demijohn. It is advisable to wash glass in lukewarm water with the addition of disinfecting agents such as potassium metabisulphite or Oxi Turbo. Due to high stresses occurring during turbulent fermentation, it is recommended to close the demijohn during that time with a less tight cotton swab to prevent potential cracking of the glass.
