Bake your own bread and impress your loved ones! The natural composition of this leaven ensures healthy baked goods that are free from artificial substances and flavor enhancers. The bread made with this leaven features a distinct, slightly sour flavor, a dark and mellow crumb, and a crispy golden brown crust, all achievable in just a few hours at home. One package is sufficient for baking a loaf weighing up to 750 g and comes with two sachets—one containing the leaven and the other with specially selected yeast. The product is suitable for both traditional ovens and automated bread baking machines.

Advantages of using leaven:
Recipe for baking 750 g of bread with wheat leaven.
Ingredients:
- 350 mL lukewarm water,
- 10 g salt,
- 500 g wheat flour,
- 1 package of wheat leaven with yeast for bread baking (leaven and yeast).
Optional:
- 4 tablespoons of seeds, such as sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
Oven Instructions:
Knead the dough using the listed ingredients until you achieve an elastic consistency that doesn't stick to the container. Let it rest for about 1 hour under cover in a warm place. Knead the dough again briefly and transfer it to a baking mold. Allow it to rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour. For a crispy crust and moist crumb, place an extra bowl of water in the oven. You could also use one of our clay pots :)
Automatic Bread Baking Machine Instructions:
Add the ingredients in the order listed into the automatic machine bowl and select the BASIC program for a moderately browned crust. The bread will be ready in approximately 3 hours.
Ingredients: Dried wheat leaven 65.2% (ground wheat products, wheat malt, leaven starter cultures), dried yeast 34.8% (S. cerevisiae, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate).
