This product is a perfect mix of yeast, nutrients, and vitamins, ensuring quick and clean fermentation for distilled beverages with up to 19% alcohol content in just 48 hours.
If you're looking to prepare a large batch that ferments quickly and efficiently, the Turbo Grom 48 h yeast for 100 liters is an excellent choice. This yeast allows you to achieve an alcohol content of 14%, 17%, or 19%, depending on the amount of sugar you use and the length of fermentation.
The optimal fermentation temperature for Turbo Grom 48 h yeast is between 23-26°C. If fermentation occurs outside this range, it may extend the fermentation time or halt the process.
In a fermentation container, dissolve 24-32 kg of sugar in 24 liters of boiled hot water, mixing thoroughly. After cooling to 30°C, top up to 100 liters with room temperature water. Add the contents of the sachet and mix well. After installing the airlock, let the mixture ferment at 23-26°C for 2-5 days.
For best results, fining the batch after fermentation is recommended.
