Instructions:

Prepare your batch according to your chosen fruit recipe. Ensure to add sugar at the start of fermentation and again after three days. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in about 1.2 liters of water at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Mix thoroughly, then after 30 minutes, pour it into the fruit batch. Ferment at a temperature of 20-29°C for 5-7 days or until CO2 emissions cease. The wine can be consumed immediately or allowed to mature. For the best results, it is advisable to fine the batch in advance.

Note: Use the entire package for one batch.
