The BROWIN Turbo Fruit 5-7 days distiller's yeast is an ideal choice for quickly fermenting batches of red and white fruits. This 40g pack provides an efficient blend of yeast, nutrients, and vitamins, allowing you to achieve an alcohol content of 14-18% in just 5-7 days!
Usage Instructions: Prepare the batch according to your chosen semi-sweet wine recipe. Add the yeast to liquid at a temperature of 30-35°C and mix thoroughly. Gradually incorporate sugar (200-300 g/L) in two portions: half at the beginning of fermentation and the remainder after three days. Ferment at 20-29°C for 5-7 days, or until CO₂ emission ceases. For best results, fining the batch with Klarowin Turbo Spirit is recommended.
Ingredients: Yeast, diammonium phosphate (V), potassium phosphate (V), magnesium sulfate (VI), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
