Spiral Cooler Head BROWIN 341403, stainless steel, 48mm, 280mm

The BROWIN 341403 Spiral Cooler Head is a distillation module crafted from stainless steel, designed to be installed at the top of the distillation column. This product is fully compatible with other distillation modules offered by BROWIN.

By utilizing a spiral cooler, the heat exchange surface is enhanced, leading to faster cooling and reduced cooling water consumption during the distillation process.

This head, which can be integrated into a simple pot still system, ensures the production of exquisite liquors, whether fruit-based or grain-based.

It is an excellent choice for constructing a distiller within a Cooling Management (CM) system, allowing for precise control of cooling through the use of reflux, cold fingers, or rectification. With the included valves that permit very fine adjustment of water flow and the efficient spiral cooler, it is possible to fully condense the distillate vapors and cool them to the desired collection temperature.
