The BROWIN 340470 beer fermentation container is a complete and highly practical solution for preparing your home-brewed beer. This 30-liter fermentation vessel is equipped with a side airlock, a thermometer, and a sediment reducer, making it perfect for anyone looking to brew beer at home!
If you intend to ferment beer, our 30-liter fermentation kit is an excellent choice for home brewers who desire quality beer with convenience and control.
The container features a printed capacity scale for easy batch monitoring and includes tips for making homemade beer, wine, and spirits. Its strong, transparent plastic allows for easy observation of the fermentation progress.
The container has two openings—one on the lid and another on the side. The kit includes two universal stoppers with plugs and a shatterproof angled airlock.
The tap and sediment reducer facilitate precise and easy decanting of beer directly into bottles.
The self-adhesive liquid crystal thermometer allows for consistent temperature monitoring during fermentation.
How to use:
To begin fermentation, place a stopper in the lid opening and secure it with a plug. Insert the second stopper into the side opening along with the angled airlock.
Avoid cleaning the containers with coarse cloths, as they may scratch the surface and become a source of contamination.
When attaching the tap to the container, ensure the gasket is placed on the outer side for complete sealing.
PLEASE NOTE:
Before preparing the batch, thoroughly disinfect the fermentation container using potassium metabisulphite or Oxi Turbo.
Maximum allowed batch temperature: 85°C.
The container temperature prior to filling should be at least 5°C.
Maximum alcohol concentration in the batch: 50%.
The set includes:
Storage with UV Protection
To avoid damage from UV radiation, do not store empty or filled containers outdoors. If outdoor storage is unavoidable, cover the containers and lids with a UV-resistant plastic tarp.
Storage of Empty Containers
Containers and lids are sensitive to weather conditions; store them in a dry place at a stable temperature. This protects against moisture and water condensation, which could damage packaging, especially those with special prints. Additionally, even with antistatic agents, dust contamination can occur, so it's necessary to store them in a clean room.
