It is particularly recommended for making liquors from gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, wild rose, white grapes, rhubarb, and raisins.
Enovini® BAYA, also known as the highly esteemed “bayanus yeast,” is specifically chosen to produce wine with a strong fruit aroma, rich flavor, and exceptional clarity. This yeast guarantees rapid, efficient, and stable fermentation across a wide temperature range, even in difficult conditions, making it ideal for restarting fermentation when your wine stops progressing.
This product is straightforward to use. A single 7 g packet is sufficient for crafting between 10 and 35 litres of wine. The yeast is cryophilic, functioning well at low temperatures (starting from 8°C). This makes it perfect for colder seasons and cellar fermentation, maintaining efficacy within a temperature range of 8-32°C, with the potential to achieve an alcohol content of 18%! Combining this yeast with nutrients containing vitamin B1 and Kombi Vita ensures you fully harness its capabilities.
How to use:
Mix the contents of the yeast sachet with 100 mL of pre-boiled water cooled to 30°C. Allow it to sit for 20 minutes at room temperature. Then, pour the resulting solution into a fermentation container or demijohn containing your wine batch.
