BROWIN Fermivin dry wine yeast (model code 400340) is a universal dried yeast suitable for fermenting a variety of wines with an alcohol content of up to 15%. This yeast is ideal for making white, red, and rosé wines, enhancing the aromas of the fruit used in the process.

  • Alcohol tolerance - This yeast can withstand alcohol levels of up to 15%.
  • Wide fermentation temperature range - Fermivin 7013 ferments well in temperatures between 14 to 35°C.
  • Batch size - One sachet of Fermivin 7013 yeast is suitable for fermenting batches of 10 to 35 liters.

Fermivin 7013 is perfect for producing wines from a variety of fruits such as gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, apples, cherries, and more. Its wide temperature range makes it a good choice for fermentation in cellars or cooler spaces.

Simple to use, Fermivin PDM dried wine yeast requires only a brief rehydration period for optimal performance.

Directions for use:

Mix the contents of the sachet with 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C, and let it sit for 20 minutes at room temperature. Afterward, add the solution to the fermentation container or carboy with your wine batch.

This yeast performs best when combined with nutrients such as vitamin B1 and Kombi Vita.

Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. bayanus, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate.
