  • Supports fermentation up to 18% alcohol: Optimal fermentation occurs at temperatures of 25-30°C.
  • Efficient packaging: A 22 g sachet is sufficient for 25 liters of wine.
  • Easy to use: Simply add directly into the batch for effective results.

The Restart Yeast is a blend of active, high-alcohol-tolerant S. bayanus yeast and specialized nutrients. This combination makes it possible to kickstart fermentation in wines and mashes. It is particularly effective for sweet batches (minimum 10°Blg) with low strength. After adding, you can expect the fermentation to restart within 7 days. Usage is straightforward—just add directly to your batch. One 22 g package can revive up to 25 liters of wine!

How to use: Add the yeast directly to the batch and allow fermentation to continue at a temperature of 25 - 30°C.
