This winemaking kit includes expertly curated dried flowers and fruits, along with a blend of winemaking yeast enriched with nutrients. Now, any season is ideal for creating delightful homemade batches. Each 105 g package contains 100 g of specially selected dried ingredients (rosehip peel, apple, hibiscus flower, chokeberry, aroma) and 5 g of high-quality yeast with nutrients, sufficient to produce 10 L of aromatic wine that captivates with its flavor. The kit is easy to use, requiring only the addition of sugar and water. It's an excellent starting point for anyone looking to embark on their home winemaking journey.

Ingredients of dried fruit and flowers: rosehip peel, apple, hibiscus flower, chokeberry, aroma.

Ingredients of yeast with nutrients: yeast [S. cerevisiae winemaking yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate], diammonium hydrogen phosphate (V), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use:

Pour the contents of the dried fruit and flowers bag and 2 kg of sugar into 10 L of water heated to 85°C, stirring for 3 minutes while maintaining this temperature. Then, transfer the mixture to a fermentation container and cool it to room temperature. Next, add the contents of the small sachet containing the winemaking yeast and nutrients. Ferment for one week, then strain the batch. Add 0.5 kg of sugar and continue fermentation for one month. To enhance the character of the wine, consider adding 1 g of tannin for red or white wine (or an infusion from 2 bags of black tea).
