The BROWIN 4 Seasons Winemaking Kit - Raspberry includes a carefully selected mix of dried fruits and flowers along with a premium yeast and nutrient solution. Now any season is perfect for crafting delightful homebrews.

Each kit contains 105 g, featuring 100 g of specially selected dried ingredients (apple, chokeberry, hibiscus flower, raspberry fruit, and aroma) plus 5 g of high-quality yeast with a nutrient solution. This set is designed to yield 10 liters of aromatic and flavorful wine, fermenting up to 17% alcohol content.

The user-friendly nature of the kit makes it an ideal choice for beginners. Simply add water and sugar to the ingredients and allow it to ferment at room temperature.

For those who can’t wait, you can taste your homemade wine after just 5 weeks of optimal fermentation.

Dried ingredients: apple, chokeberry fruit, hibiscus flower, raspberry fruit, aroma.

Yeast ingredients with nutrient solution: yeast [wine yeast S. cerevisiae, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate], diammonium hydrogen phosphate, vitamin B1.

Directions for use:

Pour the contents of the dried fruit bag and 2 kg of sugar into 10L of water heated to 85° C, mixing for 3 minutes while maintaining the temperature. Transfer to a fermentation vessel and let it cool to room temperature. Then, add the contents of the yeast sachet. Allow the mixture to ferment for a week before straining. Add 0.5 kg of sugar and continue fermenting for one month. To enhance the flavor of the wine, consider adding 1 g of tannin for red or white wines (or an infusion of 2 black tea bags).
