The BROWIN 15 L fermentation container is designed for homebrewers who want a reliable and practical solution for fermenting beer, wine, or sugar mixtures.
This economical 15 L fermentation container allows you to craft your favorite homemade liquors. Made from high-strength, elastic polypropylene approved for food contact, it resists discoloration from fruit tannins and holds a certificate from the Polish National Institute of Hygiene (PZH). The robust lid and included fermentation stopper facilitate tight sealing or airlock installation. Enhancing flexibility, a drilled opening allows for using an angular tube for multiple fermentations. The printed gauge provides insightful capacity tracking and enables easy preparation of your homemade delicacies.
Container and lid are made of polypropylene and are BPA-free.
How to use:
To open the container effortlessly, slightly lift the lid, insert a teaspoon handle into the gap, and then run it around the rim to pry it open.
Avoid using harsh scrubbers for cleaning, as they may scratch the surface, leading to contamination risks.
When attaching the tap, place the gasket on the outer side of the container to ensure a watertight seal.
NOTE: For extra sealing, you can apply petroleum jelly or edible oil around the container rim.
Prior to use, thoroughly disinfect the fermentation container with potassium metabisulphite.
Maximum batch temperature allowed: 85°C. Ensure the container's temperature is at least 5°C before filling.
Maximum alcohol concentration in the batch: 70%.
The set includes:
- 15 L fermentation container with a handle,
- lid with an opening,
- Universal fermentation stopper with plug.
Storage with UV Protection
To avoid damage from UV rays, do not store empty or filled containers outdoors. If outdoor storage is unavoidable, shield containers and lids with a UV-resistant tarp.
Storage of Empty Containers
Given their sensitivity to weather, store containers and lids in a dry environment at a constant temperature. This prevents moisture that can cause condensation and protects the packaging from damage, especially those with prints. Dust and dirt contamination should also be avoided by storing them in a clean area.
Every country has legal regulations regarding the manufacturing and sale of ethyl alcohol, wines, and spirits, including penalties for non-compliance.
