The 18 L container (recommended filling not exceeding 90% and not less than 25% of capacity) and the condenser, equipped with two clarifiers and thermometers, allow for distillation without requiring additional equipment. Two precision thermometers with probes enable accurate temperature control – one for the container and one for the clarifier. A plasticized PVC hose with coupling facilitates quick water supply and drainage connection, while a silicone hose is used for collecting distillate.

The innovative dome-shaped lid ensures even condensation of vapors, producing a distillate with outstanding flavor and aroma, while preventing potential foaming from contaminating the distillation column.
