Tech Wash is an easy-to-use, detergent-free cleaner for breathable clothing, tents, tarpaulins, backpacks, covers, and camera bags. Tech Wash® gently cleans, restores breathability, and enhances water-repellent (hydrophobic) properties. Recommended for garments with Gore-Tex® or similar membranes. Before washing, apply Tech Wash® with a sponge or soft synthetic brush to stains and heavily soiled areas. Remove all non-washable parts. Shake before use. Follow the care instructions on the garment label. Do not use other detergents.
The clothing waterproofing agent NIKWAX "TX.Direct Wash-In" adds water repellency (hydrophobic properties) and restores breathability. A convenient, water-based treatment for breathable clothing that does not contain moisture-absorbing layers, designed to restore and enhance water resistance (impregnation). Recommended for Gore-Tex®, SympaTex®, Permatex®, and Nikwax® Analogy® garments. For best results, remove all non-washable parts and pre-wash garments with Nikwax® Tech Wash® in a separate cycle. Do not dry garments before waterproofing. Follow the care instructions on the garment label. Shake before use.
