Description:

The LUND Rounded Smoker 99920 is a portable garden smokehouse designed for preparing traditional smoked products such as cold cuts, sausages, fish, and cheese using both hot and cold smoking methods.

The smoker can also function as a grill. To do this, simply remove the top of the grill chamber and place the lid directly on the lower chamber.

When using it for steaming or smoking, both parts of the grill chamber and the lid should be used. Place kindling in the lower bowl and smoking wood on the bowl's grate. Ensure the wood does not burn but merely smolders to produce smoke, thus, soaking it beforehand is advisable or using a commercially available product. If the wood is cut into smaller pieces, it should be placed on foil or aluminum trays. The bowl should be hung from the top hooks and filled with water, to which you can add herbs for extra flavor. The water in the upper bowl prevents food from drying out during the smoking process. Lastly, place the grate over the bowl for steaming the food. The items to be smoked can be hung on the hooks attached to the lid bars.
