The YATO YT-22373 pipe calibrator is an essential tool for working with PEX-AL.-PEX or PERT-AL.-PERT pipes. It is designed specifically for pipes with external diameters of:

• Ø16 mm
• Ø20 mm
• Ø25 mm

When cutting these types of pipes, they can become flattened, which may lead to leaks when fittings are installed, resulting in costly repairs.

Calibration Functionality

The YATO calibrator also integrates an internal and external deburring tool.

Each size of the calibrator comes equipped with special blades on both the inner and outer sides. This allows for all pipes to be calibrated simultaneously, ensuring they achieve a perfectly round cross-section, which is critical for creating leak-free connections while also deburring the edges for a smooth and even fitting press.

How to use:

Insert the calibrator fully into the pipe, rotating it clockwise and counterclockwise. After making 2-3 complete turns (360 degrees), deburr the end.
