The YATO utility knife with trapezoidal blade (model YT-75201) is designed for various cutting tasks.
This knife features a trapezoidal blade measuring 61x33mm. The robust body is constructed from a special zinc alloy, ensuring enhanced resistance to mechanical damage and extending its service life significantly. The ergonomic handle is coated with high-quality ABS and equipped with an anti-skid TPR coating for a secure grip and comfort during use.
The metal blade ejection mechanism allows for smooth and reliable operation. Additionally, it has a multi-stop function that enables a three-stage blade extension. A unique feature of the YATO knife is its ability to switch to automatic blade retraction mode. By pressing the button forward, the blade is smoothly ejected, while releasing the button retracts the blade automatically, significantly enhancing safety and efficiency by preventing the blade from being left extended.
This functionality is particularly useful when cutting packing tape or opening sealed cartons. Moreover, the knife includes a side cutter for cutting various types of plastic straps or even seat belts without extending the blade. The knife is equipped with four blades made from SK5 steel, providing excellent cutting performance and longevity.
Spare blades can be conveniently stored in the handle's built-in magazine.
