These ear plugs meet the requirements of EN352-2:2002.
To use, roll the earplug into a cylinder shape by rolling it in your hands. Then slide it deep into the ear canal and hold it there for about 30 seconds until it fully expands. Make sure to check with your fingers or a mirror that the earplug is pushed all the way in; only the end of the earplug should be visible or felt.
